account and using Tracile (the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood,
and agree to be bound by the following terms.
1. Not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice
Tracile is an informational and research tool only. Nothing provided by the Service —
including any data, map, chart, score, model, scenario, summary, or AI-generated text —
constitutes financial advice, investment advice, a recommendation, an endorsement, or a
solicitation or offer to buy, sell, or hold any security, financial instrument, or asset.
Tracile is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial
planner, or fiduciary, and does not provide personalized advice tailored to your individual
circumstances. You should consult a qualified, licensed financial professional, and where
appropriate a legal or tax advisor, before making any investment or financial decision.
2. No fiduciary or advisory relationship
Your use of the Service does not create any fiduciary, advisory, brokerage, or
professional-client relationship between you and Tracile, its operators, owners, or
affiliates. The Service does not know your financial situation, objectives, risk tolerance,
or needs, and does not take them into account.
3. Data may be incomplete, delayed, estimated, or erroneous
The Service aggregates information from public and third-party sources (including
regulatory filings, market-data providers, and automated and AI-assisted processing).
This information is assembled to the best of our ability, but it may contain errors,

8. Your responsibilities
You agree to use the Service lawfully, to keep your account credentials secure, and not to
redistribute, resell, scrape, or republish the Service's data without authorization. You
represent that you are of legal age and capable of entering into a binding agreement.

We may modify the Service or these terms at any time. Continued use after changes
constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
